About Snowball
SnowBall has been an alumni from Freckle’s since 2021, but recently his adopter had a change of circumstances that meant he and his friends would be safest back here.
Snowball is a stunning all-white old German owl pigeon. He is a gentle fellow, being a bit older now, enjoying the simple things in life like soaking up the sun and roosting on his favourite perch.
Snowball looks amazing, but he is a strict ‘no touch’ pigeon. He would like to have a pigeon friend in an aviary outdoors, and someone who would appreciate him for the independent bird he is and not expect any cuddles - at least not immediately. Snowball has always been an aviary bird with other pigeon friends as companions, and for his comfort we would like to keep it that way. But we have plenty of others in need of homes who would like to be inside as well!

Adoption details
Thank you for considering adopting from FFPR!
Once you have expressed interest in a bird, we ask that you formally apply to adopt via our adoption form (this can be done ahead of time) https://forms.gle/cjP9TZJcKAgkze6A6
From there we will work with the adopter to find a bird that suits their lifestyle, and organise a meet and greet at our shelter. We offer continious support post-adoption and are always available for help or questions.
