About Ziggy ^^Dandy Cat Rescue^^

Ziggy is a 9-month-old kitten with a heart as big as his spirit. He’s playful, fun-loving, and full of energy – the kind of boy who keeps life exciting and joyful.
Ziggy is happiest when he has people around him to love, play with and share his endless enthusiasm for life.
Adventure is his middle name. Whether it’s exploring something new or snuggling up for cuddles, Ziggy dives headfirst into everything he does.
He’s one of those rare kitties who makes a lasting impression on everyone he meets – his charm and zest for life are impossible to ignore.
Ziggy’s story hasn’t been an easy one. After being hit by a car and breaking his hip, he spent months recovering in a crate. But now that he’s back on all four paws, he’s making up for lost time – running, playing and enjoying every moment to the fullest.
Due to this experience we are requesting that Ziggy be an indoors-only kitty, so please do not apply for Ziggy if you intent to let him outside.
Ziggy will make a wonderful, loving addition to a family who can give him the attention and companionship he craves.
He’s best suited to a home without other cats, as he much prefers to be the one-and-only centre of attention. He hasn’t been tested with dogs, so we feel a dog-free home would be best, although a calm, cat-friendly small dog might be okay with slow introductions.

• Nine months old: desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, medically cleared

Medical notes
Ziggy came into care with a broken hip after being hit by a car. He was crated for months while undergoing vet-lead rehabilitation. Ziggy has made a full recovery but has a slight splay of his hind leg at full running speed. Other than that he has recovered fully and is one energetic, playful and funny boy. :-)

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
