About Tuppence
*In foster care in Glebe, Sydney*
Sweet and playful, with a relaxed vibe, Tuppence is the purrfect 'easygoing yet affectionate' cat! Not too clingy, not too independent - she's just right :)
This gorgeous dilute calico girl is endlessly curious and loves to explore. She's a huge fan of zooming around the house, talking non-stop until you pay attention to her (and ideally scoop her up for some quality cuddle time on the couch or in bed!).
Occasionally, her foster carers have found her chilling in their wardrobe drawers or stuck face-down behind the couch. Her antics have earned her the nickname ‘Silly Goose', as she never fails to make people giggle!
Like all Maggie's pets, Tuppence is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a lovely human or humans who'll give me loads of attention and chin scratches, and lay with me when I'm feeling sleepy or snuggly. A bunch of nooks and crannies to investigate and toys to play with when I'm not napping or eating would also be awesome!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a pretty chill cat, aside from the occasional energy spike - during which I’ll jump around and chat and gab till you notice me. But it never lasts long before I’m back to my sweet, sleepy self :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm not sure how I'd react around kids - I've never met one! But I do know what I like about humans in general, which is kindness, a slower pace and a gentle touch.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I've just had my own kittens, so no other cats for me right now please - but once I've adjusted to being without them I may be open to making a feline friend.
Dogs are a mystery to me at this stage! We could always give it a try?

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
