Maddie is a loving and gentle soul, blessed with a playful and lively spirit that will light up your home. Her adorable, clumsy antics and cheeky personality will keep you entertained, while her affectionate nature will warm your heart.

Maddie enjoys play dates with other gentle dogs and loves to run around in a secure backyard, where she can revel in the joys of sunshine. Her love for outdoor play is rivaled only by her curiosity for the world, though she will need some help gaining confidence while walking on a leash and discovering all the wonders that life has to offer.

This furry friend is not a picky eater! She's always ready to clean her bowl, enjoying her current diet of Royal Canin puppy kibbles combined with a delicious mix of boiled chicken breast, raw beef, roo mince, vegetables, and rice. Her favourite treats include chicken necks and chicken or duck jerky, which she savours every time.

Maddie's beautiful, shiny, curly coat is a thing of beauty, requiring regular brushing to keep it in top condition, along with professional grooming every four to five weeks for that extra touch of fabulousness. Maddie would flourish in a home that already has another gentle dog, as she loves the company and camaraderie that fellow canines provide.

To ensure you're ready to provide Maddie with a loving forever home, you are required to complete our pre-adoption questionnaire below:

1. Have you thoroughly read through Maddie’s profile and are aware of his adoption fee?

2. Do you understand that the adoption fee helps to cover Maddie’s necessary medical costs, other expenses and also to support other animals in our care and that it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with your backyard ect…).

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Max the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Maddie be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Maddie quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Maddie be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access? Please describe his proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?

11. Could you please disclose your visa/residency status?
