About Dante
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Dante was handed to the pound as a stray that was very emaciated but still such a happy dog!
With lots of food, treats and love Dante has come pretty far in the 2 weeks he has been in care. He will still require multiple feeds a day for a little bit longer.
Dante loves playing fetch with his toys. He loves being around everyone and just hanging out with you.
He is still a puppy and learning his manners but he is such a good motivated dog that he has been a breeze to train.
He knows sit, wait, lay and we are learning shake. He walks lead on a lead.
Dante is also crate trained and loves having his own place to relax when things get a bit much and also loves sleeping in his crate.
My Ideal Home:
Dante’s ideal home would be with someone who is going to love him and make him apart of the family. He loves being around you and just hanging out.
He would do well with another dog to keep him company if let for long periods of time by himself or if he is given lots of toys to keep him entertained.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Dante has loved all the kids he has met since being in care, being a puppy and still learning his manners he does have a tendency to jump up for cuddles but he is getting better learning his manners.
He has been very good with all the dogs he has met. He has met the resident cat he does try to play with him but also is scared of it.
