My name is Ruby! I'm an 8 year old Kelpie and as much as I've been taken good care of here at LDH, I'm ready to get the heck outta here!

I've got a long live still to live. I'm looking for a family that will work with my needs and provide lots of treats. I've never lived with children and can get a bit overwhelemed by them, so I do need to go home to a family that is all adults only.

I do like most other dogs, but will need to sniff and say hello before I can go home with another.. Only the best will do for me! So make sure if you have a doggy at home to bring them in for a meet and greet.

I've had a very busy and loud first half of my life. I still get a little spooked by lots of traffic and noise, so I need somewhere that is quiet to live, with quiet walking trails and peace and quiet.
