The ball of Energy is bursting at the seams to meet you!

Eli is a 9 month old Japanese Spitz X German Shepherd who has so much energy to share with a family who have the energy to keep up with him! At 9 months old, he is full of puppy energy still!

Eli is a blank slate for training. He is still learning his manners and will need a family who can help him learn the right ways to be a dog. He does still jump a bit because he is so excited to see us which is why we have reccomended that he go to a home with secondary school aged children and older who can reinforce his good behaviour.

He also doesn't mind other doggos here at the shelter so if you have a dog at home that you think will help use up his energy, please bring them in so they can run around and say hello!

Doggies need enrichment at home during these teenage years, and Eli is no different. If he gets bored right now, he will cause some mischief, so we reccomend that you have some enrichment toys on hand and make sure you have the time to help use his energy up!
