About Griff
This handsome fella is a sweet and gentle 13-year-old Kelpie cross and is currently on the hunt for his forever home.
Griff has the most endearing nature and is a true homebody who would love nothing more than to work as a full-time couch cuddler and companion. He's a real people-dog, adoring his humans and always keen for a pat or a snuggle.
Griff is a well-mannered boy who is fully toilet trained and sleeps soundly through the night. He loves his daily walks and is a gentleman on the lead, and when off-lead, he's great at keeping an eye on you and will wait patiently for you to catch up.
Griff is wonderful with other animals and has been completely unbothered by other dogs, cats, and birds while in his foster home. He’s looking for a quiet, calm household, so he is best suited for a home without young children or energetic teenagers.
Griff is a loveable senior boy looking for a loving, caring home with good food, gentle walks, and most importantly, no chaos.
With a loving heart and a few gentle walks, Griff will make a wonderful addition to any home. If you're ready to fill your life with his sweet nature and quiet charm, we'd love to hear from you.
Griff is located in VIC.
Medical notes
Griff has a chronic cough. Minimal response to various antibiotics and cortisone have been observed. Post blood test and X-rays, it is the Vet's opinion it could just be chronic bronchitis that is non responsive to treatment. A full vet history/letter from the Vet will be provided to his adopter.

We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa.
