About Milly
š¾ Meet Milly - The Gentle Senior Lady š¾
Name: Milly
Age: 11 years
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
Coloring: Classic Tabby & White
Gender: Female
Personality: Calm, Affectionate, Observant
Special Traits: Beautiful green eyes, soft meow, expert sunbeam napper
About Milly:
Milly is a sweet-natured senior cat who knows what she likes: cozy spots, quiet company, and a good chin scratch. With her elegant tabby stripes and snowy white chest and paws, Milly is a classic beauty with a heart full of love.
She's not one for wild antics these days-she's earned her relaxation-but she'll happily follow you around the house, curl up beside you, or keep watch from her favorite window perch. Milly's the kind of cat who brings peace to a room just by being in it.
Likes:
Warm laps and soft blankets
Gentle brushing sessions
Bird-watching from the windowsill
Being talked to (she responds with tiny meows!)
Dislikes:
Loud noises
Being rushed (she moves at her own queenly pace)
Fun Fact:
Milly still does a little playful "pounce and stalk" when she thinks no one is watching-especially if there's a feather toy involved.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
