Meet Kernda - Your future best friend!

Kernda is a sweet and loving Jack Russell Terrier who has had a bit of a rough start in life, which makes her a little scared of the world around her. Despite her initial shyness, she has a heart full of love and is slowly learning to trust. With the right person by her side, Kernda is bound to blossom into a confident, affectionate companion.

Kernda is looking for a patient and understanding person who can help her overcome her fears and gently expose her to new experiences. She’s not one for big crowds or sudden changes, but once she feels safe and secure, her loving nature shines through.

Kernda would benefit from having another calm, similar sized canine friend who can show her the ropes. Kernda’s ideal family would be one that understands her need for space and time to adjust—someone willing to go at her pace and help her come out of her shell.

Once Kernda feels comfortable, she’s an incredibly sweet and loyal dog. She’s not demanding, but when she’s ready, she’ll shower you with love, curling up next to you and looking for pats. Her journey is about trust, and if you’re the right person to walk alongside her, Kernda will become your best friend and loving companion.
