Meet Harmony – a delightful and spirited dog bursting with character.

She is still wary of new people, but she gradually opens her heart with time and regular visits, creating meaningful bonds with those who are patient and kind.
Highlights:
🐾 Playful and full of energy
🤸♀️ Loves bouncy acrobatics – you’ll never have a dull moment!
💕 Affectionate and loyal once she trusts you
🌟 Gradually warms up to new people with patience and regular visits
🏡 Needs a large, secure backyard to safely exercise and zoom around
🌧️☀️ Requires a fixed, weather-safe undercover area for play and rest
🐶 Thrives with a confident, compatible dog companion
Harmony is looking for a family who can:
🏡 Provide a secure and loving environment
❤️ Accept her medical needs
⏳ Understand that she is shy but will warm up with time and trust
🐶 Have an existing, compatible dog in the home
Harmony is sure to be a steadfast, charming, and deeply entertaining addition to your life.
Medical notes
Harmony has a rare condition called Sclerosing Encapsulating Peritonitis (SEP). This means that thick, fibrous tissue has formed around her abdominal organs, with some scar-like adhesions between them.
- In Harmony’s case, this developed early in life and we don’t know the exact cause.
- It’s unclear whether this will cause any problems in the future – she may live her life without issues, or the adhesions could worsen over time, which might lead to pain, illness, or intestinal blockage.
- If Harmony ever needs abdominal surgery, the condition could make the procedure more complicated.
Despite this, Harmony is currently healthy, happy, and full of energy. Her condition does not stop her from living a normal, playful life and enjoying all her favorite activities.

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
Due to an anticipated high volume of applications the adoption process is outlined below:
1. You must complete our Adoption Application Form by following the link to our website: https://www.all4pawsdogrescue.com.au/forms.html NOT THE PET RESCUE ENQUIRY BUTTON
2. Include as much information as possible and it is never a case of "first in best dressed" when we are choosing the most appropriate new home. Matching an animal with a family is based on lifestyle, family members, attitudes to pet ownership and the personality of the pet.
3. Due to the number of applications we receive all correspondence is through email and if your application is short listed we will either call you to discuss it further and possibly invite you to a meet and greet.
