Tillie is a charming 10-year-old Chihuahua cross, a breed known for its spirited personality and affectionate nature.
Despite her age, she is full of life and energy, making her the perfect addition to any loving home.
Weighing in at a petite 5.5 kilograms, Tilli is the epitome of pocket-sized perfection, with a beautiful white coat that adds to her regal appearance.
Her personality is a delightful blend of sassiness, snuggliness, and sweetness, earning her the title of a certified house queen. Tillie may be small in stature, but she possesses a personality that is larger than life, capable of filling an entire room with her presence. She is the type of dog who greets every new human she meets with a wagging tail and a hopeful request for a belly rub, which she absolutely adores.
When it’s time for a walk, Tilli performs a little happy dance, complete with a sprinkle of barking cuteness, showcasing her excitement and zest for life.
When it comes to interacting with humans, Tilli is a gentle cuddle bug who finds her greatest happiness when curled up on your lap or sitting beside you. She welcomes everyone with a wagging tail, eager to share her warmth and affection. Tillie would be fine around young children as long as they are gentle and calm as she is a senior gal
In terms of her interactions with other dogs Tillie is currently living with another older dog. While she is not particularly playful, she coexists peacefully.
Before coming into care, she was an only dog, so she is comfortable either way. However, she prefers her own space and will not tolerate a dog that insists on playing. As a small dog, she can feel intimidated by larger dogs, so slow introductions are recommended.
Like many small dogs, she prefers to keep her distance from other dogs she doesn’t know.
Car travel is one of Tilli’s favorite activities, especially when it leads to exciting destinations like Bunnings, where she reigns as the trolley queen, or to the local café, where she charms everyone she meets, earning cuddles and scratches.
Tilli doesn’t require long walks but she is ready and waiting at the door when it's time to go lol for exercise and enrichment; a daily short trot to stretch her legs and sniff the daily news is sufficient.
When she’s not out and about, you’ll find her sunbathing by the front door, soaking up the rays and watching the world go by.
Inside the home, Tillie is an exemplary house guest. She is fully toilet trained and uses the doggy door as needed. Although she prefers to be an inside dog, she is fine outside for short periods but, being an older gal, she enjoys the comforts of the indoors.
Tilli’s diet consists of a soft food regimen, as she has had her teeth removed. She particularly loves her meals, especially when chicken cheat night comes around.
Tilli is a dream when it comes to sleep, resting for ten hours straight without a peep. She is toilet trained and always lets her humans know when nature calls.
In terms of hygiene, Tillie has an easy to care for coat, requiring a regular brush. Bath time is a breeze. She remains calm and easy to manage, although she prefers to skip the hairdryer and opts for the natural air-dry look.

Medically, Tilli has had her teeth and bilateral mammary glands removed and tested, with all results coming back with clear margins, which is wonderful news for her. We also had full chest and lung x-rays completed and bloods run so she has been given a clean bill of health

Tilli is seeking a calm, loving home where she can fulfil her dream of being someone’s cherished lap dog.
Her ideal family would be gentle and mature, with a quiet household and a comfy bed—or better yet, a warm lap to snuggle into.
Tilli would prefer to be the only dog in the household or to coexist with a mature, older dog.
