Pizza came to us as a stray, so her past is a bit of a mystery, and she may need some guidance as she adjusts to a home environment, including learning the ins and outs of both indoor and outdoor living. Despite her uncertain start, it's clear someone once cared for her-Pizza is wonderfully affectionate with people she trusts and has shown signs of being very dog-social. She's in great health, fully vaccinated, and has passed all her vet checks. What she needs now is a home with experience in similar breeds and confident handling skills to help her navigate the world with a bit more calm and confidence. Pizza is still learning how to manage her big feelings, especially on lead, and she'll benefit from continued impulse control training, structured enrichment, and calm, consistent interactions. With the right guidance, she has every chance to thrive. She could live with a well-matched male dog, and while she hasn't been tested with cats just yet, we're open to exploring that with the right family.
