About Baxter
Meet this gorgeous boy, Baxter! š¾ At around 3 years old, this Cattle x has the perfect mix of energy and gentleness. Heās fantastic with kids, loves a play and a walk, and is doing really well learning on a halti. While heās always up for an adventure, Baxter is just as happy to relax and enjoy a cuddle. He doesnāt bark unnecessarily (even when the dog next door carries on!) and is respectful around the house (no endless marking!).
Baxter can get a little overexcited and will sometimes jump up on adults to say hello, but he never jumps on kids and is improving every day with training. With his beautiful nature and loving personality, Baxter will make a wonderful companion for a family ready to give him the love, guidance, and adventures he deserves.
Baxter currently lives as an only dog but has been respectful of other dogs he has encountered. He has lived briefly with a small breed dog and got on well. He is untested with cats.

Adoption details
* Once an interest is lodged on a pei or other animal, a member of the team will call the person and follow up within 24 hours of receiving
* an adoption form is emailed to to the applicant for completion once the initial call has quantified a fit for the said animal
* Once the application is received back to SPRQ with yard photos a meet for the animal is organised
* If the meet is a success, Adoption is then activated with all relevant paperwork emailed including MC transfer / all vet work certificates (C5 / desex etc)
* Team member follows up weekly for 4 weeks to ensure all is going well
