Goofy, wiggly, bundle of joy

Meet Graphite, the Australian heeler x kelpie x staffy mix (with a splash of mystery breed for good measure!). With his striking black coat, speckled white chest, and a little stumpy tail that never stops wiggling, he’s as cute as they come — and twice as loveable.

This boy is a goofy, affectionate pup with a big heart. He’s very people-oriented and thrives on human companionship. Whether you’re lounging on the couch or heading out for a walk, Graphite will be right by your side, ready to snuggle or play. His happy, friendly nature makes him a natural with both people and other dogs, and his joyous little personality is always there to greet you like the little ray of sunshine he is.

Still young, Graphite is at the ideal age for training and already demonstrates his intelligence through careful observation and mimicking of his older foster brother. His natural curiosity adds to his potential, and he’s highly motivated by food, affection, and praise — all of which are helping him make steady progress with basic commands – sit, shake, drop, off, down, fetch and toilet training. Graphite has medium energy, meaning he’s up for daily walks, playtime (a cardboard box to deconstruct, tug-of-war, and chasing squeaky toys or balls), and outdoor adventures – but he’s just as happy to laze in the sunshine by himself, or flop down for a cuddle when it’s time to relax. His long legs and big paws hint that he’ll grow into a taller boy, perfect for zoomies and backyard games.

He’ll thrive in a home where he gets plenty of love, attention, and mental stimulation.
