Meet Teacup ☕️

Teacup came into care after a puppy farm shutdown and arrived terrified of people and the world around her. After a month in foster care she’s gone from a dog that stared at the wall shaking to a loveable, cheeky puppy.

In her foster home she happily trots about with her tail held high, zooms around and parkours with joy when she’s excited and explores the environment. Teacup loves toys and you’ll often find her rolling around on the rug with them or tossing them about in the air. She’s finally getting to be that playful little puppy she missed out on. The large resident dog pack are her confidence and happiness. Teacup absolutely needs a confident, playful resident dog or 2 in her new home to help her progress. Other dogs are her people, they’re all she’s known and they help push her to explore new things and will be the key to her trusting humans.

As with all little floofs, she’s got quite the voice. This in part is her breed mix, but also a response to unfamiliar noises or new people she meets. It does settle.

Teacup’s perfect family will be understanding, patient, and ideally have had previous experience with a puppy farm or timid dogs. She is not going to be a dog you can bring home, pat or cuddle, take out on walks for a while. You will spend time coexisting until she’s ready for touch. With love and time, this special girl will reward you with her trust and the joy of watching her blossom.
