Buddy - 6 Year Old Pug X French Bulldog

Buddy is the sweetest little soul with such a gentle and placid nature. He’s calm, well-mannered, and a true little gentleman. Inside the house, he’s happy to just relax and take it easy unless you bring out his favourite squeaky toy, of course. Then you’ll see his playful side shine as he happily trots around with it in his mouth or waits for you to throw it so he can fetch it back with pride.

He can be a little timid at first, but it doesn’t take long for him to warm up. Once he trusts you, he’ll be your shadow quietly loyal and always close by, ready for a cuddle or a game.

Buddy absolutely loves going for walks. He’s almost perfect on the lead, walks calmly, and will even sit and wait when asked. That said, he does get nervous and excitable around other dogs. Because of this, he would be best matched with a calm, confident dog of similar size.

At night, Buddy is just as well-behaved as he is during the day. He sleeps peacefully in his own room, no fuss, no snoring, just a good night’s rest. He’s also fully housetrained, which makes life with him even easier.

Buddy does suffer from some separation anxiety, so he’ll need a home where someone is around more often than not. He’s also proven to get along well with children, though he’d be happiest with older kids who are gentle and respectful.

Being a Frenchie cross, Buddy does have a few food sensitivities, but he’s thriving on his Lyka meals. A raw or wet food diet will keep him feeling his best.

This boy really is a special companion gentle, affectionate, and quietly playful.

Buddy's adoption fee is $700. He has been desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, ticks and worms, and is microchipped. He is in foster care in Umina Beach, NSW.
