About Mac
Mac is a fun-loving, 1 year old boy who has lots of energy and still acts a little goofy like any pup does!!
He was actually born in the Pound and spent 8 months of his life waiting for his chance to be adopted. The staff loved him and gave him lots of attention, never giving up hope that he would be rescued one day - they knew Mac had a lot to offer a family.
His lovely foster family have spent a lot of time and patience teaching Mac how to live and behave in a normal home environment. He is very smart and learns quickly. Mac loves the dog park, going for a run, giving and getting affection, naps in the sun, and playing with and chewing on his toys. Mac has been lucky to have had the help of a dog trainer who has guided him through the transition of going from a kennel environment to living in a home. The new home Mac goes to must be prepared to follow on his training regime and we know that this young fellow will turn out to be an incredible canine companion. Mac could be rehomed into a family with or without another dog and he is currently living in a family with 4 children of various ages. If you would like to meet Mac please send us an informative email to sasrescue@gmail.com so we can see if you and Mac are a good match
