Arthur is a quiet, affectionate Kelpie who loves being close to his person. He enjoys greeting other dogs but is not overly interested in play. He is best suited to a home without another male dog unless slow introductions are made. He is respectful with female dogs and has settled in well in his foster home.
Arthur has recently started playing with toys and is very well-mannered around the house. He checks in politely before coming inside or getting on the couch and has been calm and content in his new environment. He enjoys using a crate for downtime but prefers to sleep outside at night.
Arthur is fit, ready for adventure, and would make a great running partner. He is reliable, affectionate, and an excellent sitter.
If you are looking for a loyal companion who will happily join you in daily life and offer plenty of quiet affection, Arthur could be the dog for you.

~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
