Just like a favourite tune, Lyric is full of warmth, joy, and personality. This little pup is playful and curious, always ready to join in on the fun before happily curling up for snuggles.

Lyric is learning the ropes of puppy life and, with a routine in place, is showing how quickly he can pick up new skills. With his mix of energy, affection, and smarts, Lyric is a puppy who will strike just the right chord in a loving home.

Currently in foster care with a family who’s helping him build confidence and learn good habits, Lyric is ready to meet his match. Send through an adoption application and we’ll arrange a meet and greet you might just find Lyric is the missing note in your life.

Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.
