About Parsnip
🌿 Meet Parsnip - Your Purr-fect Garden Companion! 🌿
Are you ready to add a fresh new root to your family tree of life? Introducing Parsnip, the most adorable grey and white Domestic Longhaired girl you'll ever have the pleasure of planting in your heart! This sweet young "catten" (not quite a kitten, but still bursting with youthful energy) is sprouting into a delightful companion who's just waiting for the right home to help her flourish.
Parsnip has all the charm of a show-winning vegetable - if state fairs had a "Most Lovable Feline" category, she'd take home the blue ribbon and the honorary compost crown. With her soft, fluffy coat and bright eyes full of curiosity, she's as photogenic as she is playful. You'll be digging your camera out constantly to capture her garden antics!
Personality Traits:
Energetic and inquisitive - perfect for chasing leaves, sunbeams, or imaginary bugs.
Affectionate once she's planted - she loves a cuddle after a good zoomie session.
Playful with a slightly spicy side - she's still young and learning the ropes!
Adapts like a hardy perennial - suitable for many different kinds of homes.
Whether you're a single veggie-lover looking for a companion to help you re-pot your heart, a couple ready to grow your family (fur-baby style), or a family with kids ready to giggle at Parsnip's zoomies, she'll root herself right into your routine. She'd also be a great match for an active retired person who loves to potter in a secure garden, with a fluffy shadow by their side.
Parsnip would thrive in a home that understands young cats need enrichment, stimulation, and a little patience while they blossom. She's a seedling of potential - ready to grow into a deeply loyal, delightful companion.
So why not let a little Parsnip into your patch? She's ready to turn your home into a vibrant, love-filled garden.
Adopt today - it's thyme! 🌼

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
