This gorgeous little lady is Cora and she's on the lookout for her new forever home.

Cora/Corrie (Corey) was well loved by her previous owner but sadly they had a change in living situation and could no longer give her the love she deserved so they reached out to us to find her a new home. Cora comes from a loving household and has a lot of love to give.

Cora is a sweet and gentle soul with a big heart, a kind spirit and not a mean bone in her beautiful little body. She is a purring machine that loves the company of people and wants nothing more than to cuddle up with you and snooze the day away in your embrace.

She loves a pat and a scratch, is happy to be picked up and smooched, will curl up with you on the couch while you're watching your favourite show and will rub up against your legs when you get home to let you know how much she missed you.

Like most young ladies she also has heaps of energy and loves to play. She enjoys her toys and has the most adorable zoomies at night time. She's also a BIG fan of food so this is a great way to build her trust.

Cora is also very pet social and happily curled up and spooned with the other pets in her previous home.

Like most gentle souls, she can be a bit shy at first but once she has a chance to settle into her new home, you'll find yourself with a sweet, affectionate and adorable little lady on your hands.

Cora is approximately 12 months old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
