About Toffey
Meet Toffey, a delightful poodle with a heart full of charm. This sweet, quiet little man is five and a half years old and is on the lookout for a family who will cherish his gentle spirit and fun-loving nature. At first glance, Toffey may seem shy and timid in new environments, but beneath his reserved exterior lies an outgoing and affectionate personality just waiting to shine through.
Toffey is a curious pup, always ready to explore the world around him. He's already good at walking on a lead and is receptive to training, though he may need some guidance with his recall skills. With a little patience and encouragement, he'll soon be responding enthusiastically to your calls. Toffey's fondness for toys will keep you entertained, and playtime is an excellent way to bond with him. He might even surprise you with his playful antics once he feels at home. Being a poodle Toffey will need regular grooming.
Though he might bark at cats, it's all part of his natural curiosity and eagerness to make new friends. With time and positive introductions, he's open to forming peaceful relationships with his feline counterparts. Since his toileting habits are a work in progress, Toffey would benefit from a structured routine and praise for going where he's supposed to.
When it comes to settling quietly at home, Toffey quickly adapts and becomes an endearing companion who will bring lots of love and laughter to your days. If you're ready to help this sweet boy become the best version of himself, Toffey may be the perfect new addition to your family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
