About Marshmallow
*In foster care in Surry Hills, Sydney*
Sweet and squishy, Marshmallow is aptly named - enjoying nothing more than a big cuddle with her favourite humans! She adores being held, and purrs when she's feeling safe and cosy :)
Marshy's also fond of energetic playtime, often initiating games by herself (chief tail-chaser, her foster carers call her!), but she also appreciates a good dangly wand toy and she LOVES her tunnel!
Like all Maggie's pets, Marshmallow is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'm really hoping to find a friendly feline companion to share a home with! Though I'm a polite and friendly girl, I'm not a fan of loud noise or aggressive attention - so my purrfect home will have no children under 12. Other than that, I'm fairly easygoing! I'm not fazed at all by being left alone while you're out at work, but I do love a cuddle when you get home :) And if you bundle me up in a blanket I'll be in heaven!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'd say I'm pretty balanced! For most of the day you'll find me snoozing somewhere cosy and warm, but for a little while after dinner and again around 10pm I do tend to get my zoomies on. I adore my cat tunnel, too!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I don't think I'd enjoy living with lots of noise and activity, so any kids in my new home would ideally be at least high school age (12+) and be understanding of my sensitive nature.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I would absolutely love to have a friendly cat in my home! While I haven't been around dogs, I'm confident I could get along with a calm and friendly dog with a proper introduction.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
