About Astro
*In foster care in Summer Hill, Sydney*
Astro is a gentle little guy with the softest eyes and the sweetest nature - and though he's getting more relaxed with his foster humans every day, it's other cats who hold his heart! He definitely feels safest around them, and will thrive in a loving home with at least one other friendly feline to bond with and show him the ropes :)
Since coming into foster, Astro has come out of shell and turned into a purrfect little velcro cat! He has energy to spare, and loves playing with toys and his feline friends. Meanwhile, he's still learning what he likes about people - he knows he loves head scritches, sharing a bed, sitting on laps, and soaking up as much attention as possible!
Like all Maggie's pets, Astro is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: A quiet and calm sort of household will be best for me, with someone who understands that shy kittens tend to blossom at a slower pace. Please note, preference will be given to an adopter who has another nice cat in residence!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: While I may have started low energy, now that I'm comfortable I could play all day!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm looking for an adults-only home.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm so excited to meet your other cat/s and take comfort in their confidence and guidance!
I haven't met any dogs at this stage, so it's hard to say how I'd go with one of those.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
