About Sally
Meet Sally – Your Sweet, Smoochy Companion! 🌟
Sally is a smart, affectionate girl with a heart full of love. She adores pats, belly rubs, and cuddles, and will gently place her paw on you for more attention. With her gentle nature, it’s no surprise she’s already a favourite among the neighbours in her foster’s apartment building.
Sally loves her walks, starting out excited but quickly settling into a gently stroll. Sally loves to explore but would prefer to be away from off-lead dogs on her walks. Sally would love to join you on your morning stroll to the local cafe.
At home, Sally is the ultimate house buddy. She's toilet trained, has mastered the stairs and is perfectly content snoozing the day away while you’re at work (soft music is always a bonus!).
Sally currently lives in an apartment and has shown she’d adapt well to a similar home or a house with a yard. With her sweet personality, she may also enjoy life with a family that has older children and/or a medium-large size dog.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will happily share her heart (and your couch), Sally is ready to meet you!

Adoption details
STEP 1 – ENQUIRE & EOI FORM:

If the greyhound you have applied for is unavailable or unsuitable, we can match you with a suitable greyhound. We may have a hound in foster care who might be well suited to your family.
STEP 2 – LET'S CHAT:
We'll phone you to discuss suitability, clarify any points of your application and chat process and next steps.
STEP 3 – HOUSE CHECK & MEET + GREET:
We'll come to you! The meet + greet is conducted at the same time that a house check is carried out. The meet + greet is the day that your newly adopted greyhound will be able to stay on with you.
Our adoption fee is $375.00 and must be paid before the meet + greet, and prior to starting your 3 week trial. Support from our team is freely available. If you have any issues, we urge you to contact us to try and work through them, as all rescue greyhounds have some period of adjustment.
If after the 3 week trial, you feel that you need to return the greyhound, we will refund your adoption fee (less a $50 administration fee), upon return of the dog and all paperwork and other items that the dog was adopted with.
All of our hounds are adopted out with the following:
> Collar, lead & coat
> Certificate of sterilisation & vaccination
> Flea & worm treated
> Care information for your newly adopted greyhound
> Access to our private Facebook page for foster carers, volunteers and adopters of our hounds. A community with invaluable advice and support!
