Vernon is a sweet and playful boy who’s ready to steal your heart! Originally a bit shy and cautious when he was rescued from living in a hole under a house, Vernon has blossomed into a total cuddle-bug. Despite his rough start, he’s warming up to people more and more every day.

Vernon is affectionate, loving, and always ready for snuggles—especially at your neck or at the foot of the bed. He’s a total purr machine and will let you know when he’s happy with a constant purr. He’s also full of energy and loves to play, especially with his toys! Vernon is very food-motivated and will be the first to show up whenever a can is opened.
