About Lisa
Lisa is a shy but sweet girl who is still learning to trust the world around her. She has a soft spot for mealtimes (food is definitely the way to her heart!) and is tolerant of gentle pats once she feels safe. Like many cats with big personalities, she can be a little hissy if she feels uncomfortable, so she’ll do best with a patient adopter who understands her boundaries.
Lisa really enjoys the company of other cats, and having a confident feline friend may help her come out of her shell and build trust more quickly. With her long, beautiful fluffy coat, Lisa will also need regular brushing to keep her looking and feeling her best.
She may take a little extra time to settle in, but for the right home, Lisa promises to be a loyal and lovable companion. 💜
Medical notes
Lisa has had a tough start, but she’s well on the road to recovery. She recently underwent dental surgery due to severe dental disease and now only has one tooth remaining. Don’t worry—this doesn’t stop her from enjoying her food (in fact, she loves it!).
She is also recovering from a bout of cat flu, which has taken her a little while to fully shake off. While she may still occasionally sound a bit snuffly, she’s much improved and continues to get stronger every day.
Adoption details
If you’re interested in adopting this cat, here’s how it works:
Once we receive your enquiry, your contact details will be passed on to the cat’s foster carer. They will get in touch with you directly to discuss the cat and, if suitable, arrange a meet and greet.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to come along to one of our upcoming Adoption Events where you can meet multiple cats in care. Follow Jacaranda Cat Sanctuary on Facebook to stay up to date with dates and locations.
After meeting, if you’d like to proceed, we’ll guide you through completing our Adoption Application Form and the next steps in the adoption process.
Every adoption is about finding the right fit for both you and the cat, so we’ll support you through the process. 🐾
