This sweet pair, both around 2.5 years old, are ready to find their forever family!
🌸 Jazz is the calm one—relaxed, gentle, and happy to just hang out.
🌿 Chester is the cheeky character of the duo. He’s still learning the art of sitting still, but pop him in a cuddle cup or wrap him in a blanket and he’ll happily settle in. Grooming isn’t his favourite just yet, but he can be persuaded with his ultimate weakness—parsley!
Together, Chester and Jazz make a wonderful bonded couple who adore each other and are looking for a home where they’ll be loved just as much in return. 💕
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions, But Chester has been on a diet as he was very over weight when he came into us.
Adoption details
Qld Guinea Pig Refuge holds open days at the Albany Creek Scout Den in North Brisbane on the first and third Saturday of each month. All adoptions require pre-approval and your application form should be submitted for processing at least two days prior.
The adoption fee for our guinea pigs is $25 each. Desexed guinea pigs are $35 each. They come fully health checked; worm and mite treated; and have been living at their foster carer’s house where they receive handling time.

Qld Guinea Pig Refuge is a guinea pig shelter dedicated to helping mistreated, abused, and unwanted guinea pigs in Queensland. To ensure they live a happy and healthy life, our guinea pigs are rehabilitated under our no euthanasia policy and then adopted under our strict adoption policy.
