Axle

Cute, sensitive, energetic little butter bean is our Axle! He's a young and somewhat anxious little Frenchie who would love a nice calm and understanding owner who will allow him inside to be part of the family. Axle can get a bit worried and barrier reactive, but he does respond very well to his basic manners cues and knows his sits and is very food motivated. Axle can be a little unsure and head shy and a little worried by close handling: he's still learning some harness training and can be a bit appeasing, so will appreciate someone who will be patient and to take things slow and give lots of praise while he is learning.

He would benefit from a nice calm house hold with a family understanding that he can easily get out of breath if over exerted or becomes stressed. Best with older kids who are able to understand boundaries and to be part of his advocacy and basic training. He'll need to meet any other doggos at time of adoption. Axle has lived with another dog before but may get bit resource guardy of some items and food so new family would do well to supervise feeding and play times. Other than that, you've got yourself a perfect little pooch.
