About Justi & Moni
*In foster care in Zetland, Sydney*
💕 Meet Moni (the bossy cuddlebug) and Justi (the quiet climber) — two beautiful Tonkinese sisters who are ready to find their forever home together 🏡💫
Moni (lighter) is a girl that loves attention 🦋. When new people walk in the door, within minutes Moni will be sniffing them out and demanding pats. She is an extremely affectionate cat and always wants in on the action. Having lived with five other cats, Moni very clearly established herself as the leader of the pack. She can be quite sassy and get on the nerves of her siblings. Equally, she has a wonderful maternal nature and can be seen cleaning them while they’re snuggled up.
Justi (darker) is every bit the introvert that her sister is the extrovert. She can usually be found tucked away napping somewhere high and out of sight. Her ability to find new hiding spots 🪜 is unmatched. She is incredibly acrobatic and will often leave you asking “how did you get there?!”. When she comes out, she is a sweet and gentle girl and will happily accept a cuddle. She’s also a lot more engaged during play time than her sister 🎾.
These two love high places, cozy hideaways, and a home with lots of interesting spots to explore. You’ll often wake up with Moni perched on top of you, while Justi is curled sweetly by your side 💤💗
Like all Maggie's pets, Justi & Moni are microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

🏡 My ideal home
As is typical of their breed, Moni & Justi are very inquisitive and love to explore. It is important that their home provides various nooks and crannies for exploration and sleeping. They particularly like heights and will take the opportunity to explore the top of shelving units and wardrobes. Having elevated areas they can access is important for their enrichment and their sense of safety. They also love to explore enclosed outdoor areas.
Moni in particular enjoys regular interaction with her humans, so having someone often around would be ideal.
🎾 My energy level
Moni is perhaps more energetic than her sister Justi but this is also a reflection of her personality and desire for lots of attention from her humans. They both tend to be more spritely into the evenings and enjoy some play time. For most of the day they’re fairly low key, and if they are around a snuggle on your lap or a pat often is the order of the day.
👧 👦 My suitability to children
Although Moni would take kindly to attention from children, she might get her boxing paws out if she’s handled too roughly. Justi similarly will be skittish if poked and prodded without invitation. A home with perhaps one older child or a teenager would be fine.
🐱 🐶 My suitability to other cats or dogs
Having lived almost their entire lives with four other cats and the stresses that entails, Moni & Justi would most appreciate to retire to a home without other animals.
If you're ready for a heartwarming pair with big personalities and even bigger love to give, Justi & Moni are waiting to meet you! 💌🐱🐱 If you're looking for double the love, double the fun, and double the snuggles apply to adopt this bonded pair 💖💖

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
