About Jessie
Meet Jessie, an adorable 3-year-old female Australian Silky Terrier who is as charming as she is playful. With her silky coat and twinkling eyes, Jessie turns heads wherever she goes! She's a social butterfly who's comfortable around both people and other animals, making her a versatile addition to families of all shapes and sizes.
Jessie's friendly and outgoing nature shines bright during her daily walks. She wears her collar and lead like a pro and enjoys exploring the world around her. Although she can get a bit distracted at times, she'll reliably come to you when called. Her easygoing personality extends to her canine and feline friends – she's gentle with both big and small dogs and curiously friendly towards cats, though she might be tempted to join in a playful chase.
When it comes to playtime, Jessie is in her element, especially with squeaky toys. She's the perfect playmate, always ready to engage in some fun. Despite her lively disposition, Jessie hasn't shown signs of separation anxiety, which means she can handle some alone time comfortably without fuss.
Jessie's ideal home will have room for her inquisitive spirit, a family to shower her with love, and lots of opportunities for play. If you're looking for a sweet, sociable, and enthusiastic companion to join your adventures, Jessie is ready to fill your home with joy and laughter.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
