About Harley
Introducing Harley, a cat with the perfect mix of independence and affection, ready to steal your heart with her unique character. Aptly named for her vivid purring, Harley is a highly intelligent and amusing feline with a cheeky personality that will keep you entertained. While she may be a bit introverted, Harley is incredibly loyal and forms bonds with her people once she feels comfortable.
Harley has her own way of engaging with people, preferring to set the pace of interactions. She’ll often give new friends a gentle sniff before happily going about her own adventures. But with her trusted humans, she shows her softer side – rubbing against their legs, keeping them company at night, and greeting them at the door with the kind of enthusiasm that makes you feel truly loved.
For Harley, her days are a harmonious blend of rest, play, and exploration. She loves playing with her toys and observing the world from a balcony—her little spot to birdwatch and dream of adventures. If you harness her up for a leash walk on the balcony, it's like a mini-adventure without leaving the apartment!
As a low-maintenance pet, Harley is the ideal companion for an experienced, calm household. She’d thrive with elderly owners who are frequently at home, creating a serene environment. With compatibility towards living with other feline companions, Harley would also do well in an adult-only, indoor setting such as an apartment.
If you're looking for a funny, independent cat who runs to greet you at the door and has a penchant for purring loudly, Harley is waiting to bring her delightful character into your life.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
