About Momo
Searching for a calm, cuddly companion who loves nothing more than being by your side? Meet Momo.
Momo is a gentle little lady wrapped in plush fur and big soulful eyes. She carries herself with quiet elegance… until her silly side pops out and she suddenly turns into a goofy little bean who makes you laugh with her adorable clumsiness and chirpy “announcement” noises. She's equal parts serene snuggle-buddy and quirky entertainer — the perfect blend of cozy and charming.
Once she feels safe, Momo shows her affection in the sweetest ways. Expect soft kneading, slow blinks, and warm purrs as she settles onto your lap or favourite blanket. And yes, her tiny snores when she drifts off? Completely irresistible.
She also has a few funny habits that make her one-of-a-kind — like letting out a shy chirp before she jumps or trying to act casual after a clumsy moment with a very serious tail-lick “recovery.”
Momo LOVES her mealtimes and isn’t afraid to tell you when dinner is due — her passionate meows are just her way of sharing her enthusiasm for good food and good company.
Momo is looking for a calm, steady home where the days feel predictable and peaceful. She thrives with someone who enjoys quiet evenings, gentle routines, and plenty of shared downtime. Remote worker? Retiree? Cozy-evening enthusiast? She’ll fit right into your world. She forms deep bonds and prefers not to be left alone for long stretches — she wants to be your sweet shadow, not just a housemate.
She would be happiest as your one and only pet so she can soak up all the pats, warm laps, and feather-wand play sessions. With patience and love, she’ll settle in, blossom beautifully, and offer the kind of unconditional companionship that feels truly special.
If you're ready for a loyal, snuggly, softly-snoring friend who will fill your days with warmth and quiet joy, Momo can’t wait to curl up beside you and call your home hers.
Momo is located in Preston, VIC, 3072
Medical notes
Momo is in excellent health. As a cat flu carrier, in ongoing stressful situations, she can experience mild flare-ups of flu symptoms, which usually resolve on their own.
During times of extreme stress, Momo has previously experienced symptoms of urinary tract infection. While this can occasionally need treatment with pain relief and antibiotics, this is unusual, and she normally is easily managed by supporting her during times of stress.
Momo's guardians have found that with her current diet supplemented with lysine, these episodes are rare and resolve quickly.
Momo's veterinary patient history is available to view upon request. If you would like more detailed information about how to support Momo as she transitions into your home, please let us know.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
