Meet Monroe,
The fabulous feline who’s got something to say and isn’t afraid to say it! He’s one-third of a sibling trio (Darren and Empress Chomp are his littermates), and this handsome boy is the chatterbox of the bunch.
Monroe has a classic movie-star beauty mark on his lip and a whole lot of charm to go with it. He’s curious, playful, and a little bit of a velcro kitty, if you’re doing something, he wants in. He’s got a healthy dose of FOMO and will make sure you know he’s around.
While he may not be the type to stay still long for cuddles, he does love affection and will happily be cradled like a baby when the moment feels right. He’s obsessed with toys (especially pom poms), fascinated by feet, and always looking for his next source of entertainment.
Warning: Do not fall for his big eyes at Fancy Feast time, his belly does not agree!
What makes Monroe shine:
- Super playful and energetic – always on the move!
- Loves human interaction and being in the middle of everything
- A total goof with a sweet, cuddly side when he winds down
Monroe needs a home that can keep up with his curious mind and busy paws. A playful household with lots of stimulation and attention would be ideal – maybe even with another playful kitty to bounce around with.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
