Hi, I’m Florence! 💕

I am teeny-tiny for my age, but what I lack in size I make up for in fluff! I’m a domestic medium (maybe even long) hair, so I’m going to grow up super soft and very fluffy. I’m still learning to enjoy baths and brushing, but I’m getting better each time – patience and gentle handling help me a lot.

I was found in someone’s front yard and brought into UQ, and now I’m ready for my forever home. I love toys – LOVE THEM! Give me stick toys or anything that makes noise, like balls with bells, and I’ll happily play for hours. I’m also a total cuddle bug who doesn’t mind being picked up, and when I’m happy my purr sounds like a little motor running – it’s the cutest thing!

Because I’m still a baby, I do use my claws and teeth in play, so I might not be the best match for very young children unless they’ve been taught how to be gentle with me. I’ll need someone patient who can help me keep learning how to play nicely.

I’m great with other cats after a slow introduction and I don’t mind dogs at all – I just carry on doing my thing! I’d also be perfectly happy as an only pet, soaking up all your love and attention. When I meet new people, I’m super friendly and want to say hello.

My litter training is still a work in progress. I’m learning though, and with consistency and the right setup, I’ll get there.

I don’t really have any anxieties, I’m just full of kitten energy, love, and curiosity. One of my quirks? Sneaking up to bite fingers and ankles during playtime! And of course, my purr – it never stops when I’m happy.

I can’t wait to join a loving family who’ll play with me, guide me as I grow, and give me all the cuddles I could ever want.
