About Alaska (66778)
Alaska is a 1-year-old German Shepherd mix with the sweetest heart and the brightest mind, just waiting for the right person to show her the way. This gentle girl came to us as a stray, and while we don't know her story, we know she's affectionate, trusting, and so eager to belong. Alaska walks beautifully on lead, loves the company of other dogs, and would enjoy a calm, confident male dog to help her feel at home. She's still learning to be brave around loud noises, so she's not quite ready for kids just yet, but with time and patience she may do wonderfully with them in the future. Alaska would thrive with an active family, especially one experienced with her breed, who can give her the love, adventure, and guidance she deserves. She has not been tested with cats or pocket pets. If Alaska looks right for you, please submit an application on our website today!
