Once a rough-and-tumble street survivor, Einstein's life changed forever when he was rescued with a plastic lid painfully stuck around his neck. Despite the hardship, this resilient boy never lost his gentle spirit. Now safe and healed, Einstein has blossomed into an affectionate companion who adores head scratches, cozy naps, and the simple joy of being near people.
Einstein is living proof that love and care can transform even the toughest beginnings. He's looking for a quiet, understanding home where he can finally feel what it's like to be truly safe and cherished.
đ Health Note: Einstein is FIV-positive, which means he'll need a bit of extra care and ideally a home without other cats (or with other FIV+ cats). But don't let that stop you-FIV cats can live long, happy lives and give just as much love as any other feline.

Adoption details
When you find an animal that you think you may want to meet, please send us an email through pet rescue and one of our staff will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you live in the Rockhampton area, we encourage you to meet with any animal that captures your heart.
However, if you live too far away we can arrange a phone call from one of our foster carers, who can provide you with the best information on our animals.
Once you have chosen to adopt (or the animal has chosen you) one of our adoption counselors will process the adoption and your new family member will be ready to take home.
