About Ruby
Ruby is an inquisitive little soul with a knack for figuring things out. As a Bull Arab x Kelpie, she will be a medium to large dog who loves to explore and learn about the world around her.
At about 12 weeks old, Ruby is incredibly trainable and loves to connect with people. She'll seek you out for eye contact and gentle pats, as if she's having a silent conversation with you.
Ruby will thrive with a family that can provide her with both mental stimulation and plenty of love. When it's time to wind down after some fun, she's a fantastic cuddle buddy who will happily settle in for a relaxing evening.
At this important stage in her development, it is highly recommended that she attends puppy school for crucial socialisation with other animals.
If you're looking for a curious, cuddly, and deeply connected friend, Ruby is ready to be your co-pilot.
To book a meet and greet with our lovely girl Ruby please do reach out to BARC on 5441-2209 to book a meet and greet appointment or via e-mail at barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
