Nature
We lived on the streets until a lovely hooman rescued us and taught us how to love and be loved. Our Foster Mumma says we’re a gentle, sweet-natured pair.

💛 Ava: I’m a sweet and gentle little cat. I’m cautious, but I'll warm up to you when I feel safe and secure. I love a good scratch, and it's even better when affection is combined with treats! If Pepper wanders too far away, I’ll cry to let him know I want his company. I love to snuggle with Pepper and happily tolerate his playful nature.

❤️ Pepper: I’m a sweet and affectionate cat who loves giving hoomans head boops and smooches. I love to play with other animals, and I adore human companionship. I enjoy kisses, scritches, and cuddles. I'll sit on your keyboard (or lap) and give you lots of love.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Unfortunately, there’s no kids to play with here, so we are best suited to a calm and quiet home.

Our foster hooman shares her home with two cats, a dog, and two budgies.

We usually ignore the resident stinky, strange-looking cat (25kg dog). Sometimes Pepper will snuggle with her on our Foster Mum’s bed, while Ava snuggles with the resident cats, watching what we cats like to call, KFC TV - one of our favourite pasttimes. The house birds like to flutter and chirp in their indoor cage, but our foster mum has been teaching us to look but not touch.

✅ We also enjoy a warm comfy place to snuggle and windows to watch the world go by.

🚫 Loud or sudden noises are scary for us. We will run and hide, but pop our heads out when we feel it's safe. Our Foster Mumma has daily visitors and we're learning to adapt to that.

Our PURR-fect home would be somewhere warm, where we can play and snuggle. We need kind furever hoomans who will give us lots of love and affection, and who understand that we haven’t had the best hooman interactions in the past. We’re quick learners, and while we may take time to come out of our shells, we’ll bring you lots of joy and companionship.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
