Korra

Hey, I'm Korra - and no, I'm not bending elements (yet), but I am mastering the art of being a bold, brilliant, and sometimes bewildering young malamute.

I'm black and white, fluffy all over, and have very strong opinions about how things should go. I'm still a pup (a large, adolescent one), and I'm looking for a human who's ready to keep up with my energy, independence, and intelligence - someone who respects the majestic art of stubbornness as much as I do.

I was surrendered (no fault of mine), and now I'm looking for a home that doesn't just want a pretty face - I want someone who sees me.

I'm smart and thrive with structure, enrichment, boundaries, and someone who's not afraid to lead with calm confidence. If you waffle, I wiggle right around your rules. That's how malamutes roll.

Training is very much part of my journey - and I need someone who will be consistent, clear, and just as stubborn as me (in the nicest way).

Plush toys. I don't just play with them - I liberate the fluff. (Some dogs collect stamps, I prefer a good, squeaky challenge.) Long walks, cool weather, mental games, and people who understand my breed? Yes, please.

Under all this sass and strength, I'm loyal to my core. It takes a little time to earn my trust - but once you do, I'll be your co-pilot, your confidant, and your couch companion (if you let me).

I'm Korra - I may not be perfect for everyone... but I'm perfectly me.
