About Storm
*** To apply for Storm you must first complete the Adoption Enquiry Form on our website at www.animalrescue.org.au ***
Storm is a mature dog with the passion for life of a puppy! He loves to go for short morning and evening strolls, he actually insists on it.
Storm loves to play fetch and will hunt down that orange ball no matter where it goes. He loves to go driving in the car, gleefully hanging his head out of the window to let the wind brush back his gorgeous golden locks. Storm will jump into the car happily (note to new owner, this means any open car door is an invitation. Foster carer learnt this the hard way)
Between lovely strolls, drives in the car and playing fetch, Storm loves a good smooch or resting his weary head on his favourite toy bunny. He is great around children and crowds, is good with other dogs, though it is his people that he loves.
Storm will warm the heart of any new owner and put a smile on their face, especially when he does his 'dance of joy' you will know it when you see it (a pom specialty) Whether a family looking to add to their members or someone just wanting company on morning and evening strolls, Storm will definitely be there.
Storm is desexed, C5 vaccinated and microchipped and up to date with flea/tick and worming. He has also just had a dental with 2 teeth removed so this should ensure his dental health for a while.
Storm is we believe a German Spitz and weighs about 11kgs.
Storm will need:
A secure, fenced yard
Someone able to take him for regular short walks
R251000004
Medical notes
Storm has been diagnosed with collapsing trachea, which is not uncommon in pomeranians. At this stage there is no treatment needed and at his age, it should not cause any future complications.
