About Fergus & Dorrie
'Everyone loves a ‘Pretty Woman’ style love-match of two people thought unlikely to form a romantic attachment…….
Meet Fergus and Dorrie, the perfect gentleman cat and his lady friend Dorrie, a girl from the street and the hard knocks of life.
Fergus and Dorrie have both overcome challenges of neglect and abandonment and they have, surprisingly, found happiness in each other's company. Now they seek a forever family will love and cherish them and never let them down.
Fergus (ginger tabby) is the ultimate lap cat! At 7 years young, Fergus is a gentle affectionate boy who has learnt to love and trust again after being abandoned and dumped at an industrial waste site by his previous owner.
Dorrie (black & white) is thought to be 3 years old, rescued from the same location that Fergus was dumped at. Dorrie gave birth to a single kitten just days after being rescued. She was initially struggled with the adjustment to indoor life but has since blossomed into a sweet cat who loves snuggling with Fergus on the couch watching television with their foster carer.
Fergus and Dorrie enjoy the simple things of life - a comfortable cat bed to share, long naps, toys and endless supplies of roast chicken.
Dorrie tends to be nervous and unsettled with dogs and noisy environments. She and Fergus would be best adopted into a quiet home with no young children or dogs.
Looking for that perfect cat couple to brighten your life and give you endless love? Fergus and Dorrie are eagerly waiting to meet you!
Fergus and Dorrie are desexed, FIV negative and up to date with vaccinations and flea and worm treatments.
