Hi there, I’m Little!
Don’t let my name fool you though - I might be called Little, but I’ve got a big heart and a whole lot of love to give! I’m 5 years old, with a soft black coat and a gentle, affectionate nature.
I’m now in a foster home, and they say I’m an absolute star. I sleep soundly through the night, travel well in the car (I can hop in and out all by myself!), and I walk beautifully on the lead without pulling, preferring to take my time sniffing and exploring. I also do really well with alone time and can be left for around five hours with no issues.
I am a sweet and affectionate girl and love being close to my foster parents, soaking up cuddles and giving love in return. I can sometimes be protective of my lovely foster parents and my space, but with reassurance from them I quickly settle and my gentle nature shines through.
An endearing quirk of mine is that I sometimes bark or grumble at my own reflection in windows or mirrors. My foster carer thinks it’s very cute and it always gives them a laugh!
I love my naps, however also enjoy chasing a ball or toy when the mood strikes and this causes much joy and hilarity in my foster family.
I adore pats, treats, and spending time with my humans. I would be happiest in a calm, caring home without other animals, where I can feel safe and enjoy my own space, as well as being the centre of attention! I am a champion snoozer and enjoy quiet time, making me a wonderful companion for someone who values peace and calm.
So if you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion with a playful streak and a whole lot of love to share, I think we could be perfect together.
