🐾 Meet Scout – Your New Best Friend! 🐾
Scout is a gorgeous male Kelpie puppy who was born safely in care after his brave mum was rescued from a rural pound where she faced an uncertain future. Thanks to that second chance, Scout has only ever known kindness, love, and security and now he’s ready to find his forever family.
Scout is a happy-go-lucky pup with a beautiful nature. He’s full of energy and curiosity, always ready for playtime or a new adventure. Like all Kelpies, Scout is smart and eager to please, making him a fantastic companion for someone who can give him the training, exercise, and stimulation he needs to thrive.
💖 What Scout is Looking For
Scout will do best in a home where he can be part of the family’s daily life. He would love:
An active household that enjoys walking, playing, and outdoor adventures.
Ongoing training to help him grow into a well-mannered young dog.
A secure yard where he can safely run and play.
With the right family, Scout will blossom into a loyal, loving, and fun companion.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed

The site is ran by volunteers who also have work commitments and families of their own.
