About Hannah
Hi Everybody,
My foster mum has told me that I need to spread my paws and find my very own special person(s) so I can learn to be even more brave with them as they love and learn all about me.. so here I go..
I am Hannah or Hannah Ba-Nanna which sounds Silly but it makes my tail wag and I am from the Narrabri gang, you might of heard about us, we used to live in an old car and did not have much to do with nice people. I am only 5months old and still shy around people especially the big men, but I am really liking my foster mum and grandma as they look after me the most and are really patient and gentle with me. My mum is Coco and she is a beautiful Shar-pei x with a ridge on her back like I have too!
I really love my new big doggy friends, who are like my Uncle and Aunty almost. My uncle is very boisterous and we play a lot together with the toys and my more laid back ‘Aunty’ lets me lay near her and we play chasey outside too and look for lizards together. They keep their toys in a ‘cat-bed’ toybox and it’s so much fun getting a toy out and running away with it to my very own bed! My favourite toys are the ones I can really have a good ol’s chew at. Did you hear me say ‘Cat-bed’.. will they have Cats here too!!..
I don’t mind cats and I did try and play with one of them, but they don’t really want to do that, so instead I just lick their ear and let them walk past me and I get to smell their bums .. I like that a lot!
When I am in the front yard with my new doggy friends, they often run to the fence and bark at people going past, but not me, I do not bark at people through the fence, I’m a good girl my foster mum says. I do really like being outside sitting in the sunshine and like to run around and let out my play bark to try and get my doggy friends to play with me more. I do really think I would love a friend to play with in my new home please as I am still shy remember, and I think if I had a friend to teach me some more and show me that there are even more nice people out there, then that will be so Wonderful. A few times when my doggy friends and I were outside together I was a little cheeky and did carry my foster mums thongs away for a chew, so I am just letting you know I like to chew ‘cause I’m still young and I’m not fussy what I chew 😊.
I am really liking it inside though as its warm and has nice smells and my new friends are all there. I am even allowed on the couch and I like to snuggle in with my doggy friends and lick my foster mums hand and then I let her rub my belly and stroke my face which I am learning to like more and more each day. I get to sleep inside the house at night and even in the same room as my new doggy friends and foster mum! I can sleep in my crate through the night now with my bedtime toy and blankies too 😊
I help my foster mum work from home by making sure we all take breaks outside to get some sunshine. If I need to go toilet inside and the door is shut, I am learning to go on the white pads left for me near the door, but occasionally I miss still, but I am a fast learner I think. Oh, did I tell you I LOVE treats!! I sit for my treats so very well and I don’t grab, I think I would be top of the class in puppy school for sure! I will need practice with walking on a lead still as I am still so new to this and don’t know too much about the big wide world, so I would really like my new family to please be patient with me as I learn all about things and hopefully you have a doggy friend too as they have been so helpful in my foster home showing me how much they trust my foster mum.
So if you think you could love me and help me become the best me I can be, then please send me a message, I am hanging out in Arana Hills 😊
