About Madi
Meet Madi
Madi is another very lucky pup, born after her mum was rescued from euthanasia and travelled 12 hours to reach safety with us. Her mum needed an emergency C-section because Madi and her sisters were stuck, but thanks to quick action, everyone survived. Their mum was a devoted and loving carer, giving the pups the very best start in life.
Madi has been raised on premium Lifewise food (she’ll go home with a bag to continue her healthy diet) and has been well socialised. She has grown up around children, other dogs, and cats (though she does love to chase and play with them, so dog-savvy cats only).
Madi is probably the most reserved of her sisters, but by no means is she shy. She’s simply a little more cautious and tends to hang at the back of the pack, carefully watching before charging in. Once she warms up, her wicked personality shines, she barks for attention, plays happily with her toys, and loves being part of the fun.
At around 1.5kg, Madi is very small, so she needs to be matched with gentle children who understand her size and can be respectful. She is affectionate, playful, and clever, and will make a wonderful companion for the right family.
Training Needs
Like all pups, Madi will need consistent training and patience. She is currently using washable puppy pads and fake grass for toilet training, but will need guidance to transition to toileting outside. She has not yet had lead training, and being a young pup, she enjoys chewing and exploring everything around her. Her new family must be prepared for the time and commitment that raising a puppy requires.
