About Juno
Juno requires the following in her new home:
- No other dogs or children in the home.
- A quiet home with not to many visitors.
- Daily walks and play sessions.
- To be given time and space to get to know her new owners.
- Her people home more often than not.
- No dog parks or unfenced off leash areas.
- Plenty of toys.
- Going on outing to dog friendly cafes, pubs, and markets etc
Juno is a real sweetie and loves affection. In fact she loves her people so much she doesn’t like to share them with other animals or kids.
Juno loves going for walks and for her age she still has some energy to burn, so daily walks are important. She walks well on the lead and walks nicely passed other dogs and cats.
Juno is crate trained and will happily sleep there overnight and for short periods during the day if the house gets busy or has visitors that may overwhelm her.
Juno loves her food and is easy to train with food rewards. She is toilet trained and never has an accident inside the home.
Juno loves her people home a lot and would love to have a work from home buddy, all she needs is her morning walks and she will sit by you supervising your work, and be ready for a play, affection, or another walk during your breaks. Juno loves toys of all sorts so a quick play in between work will make her very happy. At the end of the day Juno enjoys cuddles on the couch with her people.
Juno is a little unsure of new people or visitors and will need quiet and slow introductions. She doesn’t like too many visitors in the home but is happy to be in her crate in a quiet room, if the household gets too noisy or has visitors. Once Juno knows you and feels comfortable she loves being showered with affection. She will need her new owners to be patient, kind and positive and let her explore and decompress when she arrives in her new home.
Juno enjoys going on outings with her people to cafes, pub gardens, lunch dates and markets, all she needs is her own space from other dogs, she doesn't mind the odd pat from strangers as long as they are calm and slow with their approach.
Although Juno is 8 1/2 years old she is still active and energetic and doesn't behaviour like a senior and will need a family that is able to meet her energy levels.

Juno currently takes medication to help with her anxiety.
The vet gave Juno a clean bill of health, but mentioned her left hip feels a bit stiff, and suggested her new owners try a joint supplement.
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
