Before waltzing his way into our puppy adoption event, Cj spent some time with one of our fabtastic foster carers. Here's what they had to say about Cj!

"Cj isn't massive on being picked up or being in the car yet, so can be a bit awkward to hold sometimes. He tends to cling onto you, but gives you big cuddles. He loves a snuggle on his terms, and will come up and put his head on you.In his time, he's made minimal sound apart from a tiny squeak or little sooky noise but not 1 bark or anything else. As a puppy, he sleeps quite a bit, and he loves sitting outside watching the world. Cj loves to try and follow people on the leash walking by with his tail wagging. He's cute and he's gorgeous. I just love him and would adopt him if I could for sure! He's my little mate and loves my youngest daughter. He loves to play with a ball that has a fix fury tail on it, he absolutely loves it and can climb a king bed. Whilst he likes his own space and time to sleep or chill, he's also more than happy around everyone."

Puppies require patience, routine and consistency. They are still learning about toilet training, how to be polite and how to be on their own. This little puppy is still young and needs guidance to grow and thrive. We recommend that they get put into puppy school to help with socialisation as soon as possible. We also recommend that you use treats and toys to help reassure your puppy of the right way to be a dog.

All of our puppies are fed on premium Royal Canin food while at the Shelter and in foster. We recommend that you purchase a bag at the time of adoption (40% off from our friends at Royal Canin) so your new best friend can settle in to the home in the best possible way.

This little baby is still growing and learning so needs enrichment and things to keep them busy so they don't get bored at home.. that's when sneaky chewing can happen!
