Hi, my name is Macy and I’m the cutest little girl you’re ever going to meet! I have big bright eyes, thick soft velvety fur and the loudest purr. As cute as I am, it’s taken me a little while to let my Foster Mum touch me, but with everyday I gain more confidence.

You see, I was caught in a backyard and was very frightened at first. I did however gain a lot of confidence from the resident cats. At first I’d scurry away from my Foster Mum, but after seeing the other cats smooch with her I have started to enjoy the perks of this indoor life.

Each week I have become a little more comfortable until now - I love a gentle pat and can often be found snoozing on the bed with my Foster Mum, I've even started sitting on her lap. Even though I can still get scared, I’m pretty confident in myself and will strut about the house giving every cat a smoosh, lately even Foster Mum gets the privilege of a smoosh from me. I’m a real lover at heart and love company. I’m also very playful and love chasing that bird at the end of string.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I haven’t met any children and I think older gentle children would be better.

I must have a confident cat companion and even though I haven’t met any dogs, with slow introduction, if they let me cuddle with them that could also work. I would just love a furry companion to cuddle with and help me find my confidence.

Likes / Dislikes
I’m not sure which I love more, food or the company of other cats! Maybe food just a little more! I also love playing with the bird on the string and climbing to the top of the cat tree.

I don’t like being on my own. Loud noises and new people can scare me and I’m not a fan of being picked up.

My PURR-fect home would be calm and patient, where I will be given the space and love to truly feel safe. If you believe in the magic of watching shy cats grow into confident, loving companions, then I am your girl! I must also have a furry companion to help me gain confidence and reach my true potential as a loving kitty.
